• Do I need to alter my picture before I send it to you?
  No, clarity is best when working from the unaltered picture. 
• Is there lead in the charms solder?
  No, we use only lead free solder.
• How long will it take to get my charm?
  As each charm is handcrafted, we ask you to allow 2 weeks for delivery.  If time is of the essence, we can make a “rush” order.  To make arrangements, Email us directly.
• How will you ship my charm?
  We use USPS Priority mail
• Are these charms waterproof?
  The charms are fine in rainy weather, but should not be immersed in liquids.
• Can I get chains in different lengths?
  The suede cords and the ball chains are one size. However, the ball chains can be easily shortened.  (Using wire cutters cut the chain to your desired length).
• Do you have wholesale accounts?
  Yes, if you are a retailer, Email us for more information on setting up a wholesale account.
