At Effervescent Design, we’re all about happy customers and work hard to ensure a high quality of service.  However, in the event you are not satisfied we will do our best to resolve problems that arise.

Return Policy
It is our desire to ensure that customers enjoy their purchases.  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.  The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was received.  Shipping costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Defective Item
All of our charms are handcrafted.  We inspect each of them carefully before shipping.  However, should you receive a damaged or defective item, or if we sent the incorrect item we will be happy to replace the item and pay for the return shipping costs.  To qualify for a full refund, we must be notified, by Email, within 3 days of receiving the item.

Refund Policy
When returning an item, please pack the item carefully.  We suggest you insure and track your return item.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.  We will not accept CODs.  If the item was damaged in transit, please return the item with its original packaging.   No refund or exchange will apply after 30 days from the purchase date.
